“Happy Birthday!” This is one of my favorite jams.”
No it is not my birthday today. Last summer, I was given a jar of apricot flavored Jackie’s Jams for my birthday from the very kind Brandi, of Not your Average Ordinary. You can see how far behind in my editorial calendar I am. Needless to say, it did not take me that long to consume the jam. I actually finished it quite quickly. Thank you Brandi for introducing me to this amazing jam!
Silly, that nectarine jam, not apricot! Forget it being my favorite jam, it’s one of my favorite things in the world. I have a jar quietly sitting on my shelf here in DC. I’m afraid to open it, because I know once I do, I’m going to go at it with a spoon — forget about spreading it on anything. It’s just so freakin good.
Ugh. I miss San Diego.
